One of the areas many executives appear to underestimate is the importance of a great vision.   Given the routine approach of developing a mission and vision, leaders commonly believe that building a vision is just another management exercise.

Following are examples of great leadership visions.   Executives may read these periodically to be reminded of how imagining the "unimaginable" can create create possibilities that can change the world and truly create a leadership legacy.
